actually, I love both of them, but I spent on time to read a book than watch film. Before, I didn't like reading books because it has to many words, I only love watching film, reading a manga. But now, I realize importance of read a book. Books bring to me many lesson about life and it makes me complete myself, increase my concentration, writing skills and broadening vocabulary. When I was stress I read a book, it made the tension gradually dissipate and allow me to relax. All I read will fill my mind with fresh, interesting information. In addition to relaxing with a good book, the subject that I read can bring peace, calm in my soul
finally, these are the benefits that movie watching never gives us.
