The former just looks like a spelling error. The latter seems like a very odd word. I think you probably are thinking of 'housework', which can, incidentally, be done by either the husband or the wife, and is commonly shared by both in modern Western cul

Hi,

I think that anyone who suggests to modern women that housekeeping is the business of a wife should be prepared to duck.

Perhaps we should broaden the current meaning of the word 'husbandry' from its common agricultural sense?
