Hurt me to do that

Can one say
a. That would hurt to do.

instead of
b. It would hurt to do that.
c. Doing that would be painful.
?

Can one say
a2. That would me hurt to do.

instead of
b2. It would hurt me to do that.
c2. Doing that would be painful for me.
?

Let's say someone asks me if I would want to do a particular stretch exercise and I reply: It would hurt me to do that.
