Hurt from you

Are these sentences correct:

1-Nobody is hurt from you.
2-I was hurt from him.

I think I heard the first one in a film. I suppose it is supposed to mean 'Nobody was hurt by you and nobody holds a grudge against you.'

I made up the second sentence.

Gratefully,
Navi.

I'll bet you heard, "Nobody has heard from you." "To be hurt from someone" is not possible.

Yes. It is a wrong preposition to use. by should have been the correct one.

Smart guess! Well done!

It did not make sense to me. I thought the sentence was wrong and could not figure out what was happening! But now suddenly, everything falls into place and leaves me wondering why I made that mistake and how I did not manage to figure it out. Next time I am watching something, I will invite you over.

Thanks a lot.
Navi.
