Hurry up VS Quicken up

Hi

Are these sentences natural English?

I'll be leaving within 30 minutes, so you have to sort of quicken up if you're coming to my office.

Leave out the 'sort of'. 'Quicken up' is unnatural; 'hurry (up)' is fine.
