This morning when I left home to office, I took $5,000 from my mother's pouch, having not told to her. Now time passed 5 o'clock, so my mother might/should/may be hunting for that money by now.

  • "might" and "may" - possibly is looking "should" - implies she needed the money at that time, so will definitely be looking

Now it is after 5 o'clock, so my mother might/should/may be hunting for that money by now.
Can I also say, "Now it is gone 5 o'clock"; or "Now time past five"

You can say the first. The second is meaningless.
