'hung some hastily'

"The search party hung some hastily made posters on light poles"

I'm afraid I don't know what 'hung some hastily' exactly means in this sentence.

Could someone tell me what it means?

Many thanks in advance.

Hastily-made is the adjective and is better hyphenated as I have done it.
