Are both these sentences correct:
a) "I've heard that joke one hundred times."
b) "I've heard that joke hundreds of times."
Only use a) if you know definitely that you've heard it exactly one hundred times. Otherwise, say '... hundreds of times' – both meaning ' a great many times'.
