Is it correct to say “humanly speaking” in English? How would you use it in a sentence?

You can say all kinds of odd things in English, if you can just think of a suitable context.

How about this? A Martian and a human are expressing their opinions about something. The Martian says 'Martianly speaking, I think this is a great idea.'. The human says 'Humanly speaking, I disagree".
