00I believe that I have made a mistake, which has cost me my job, I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize for the actions which were taken on January 2801sup^{00th02sup}00 at ******, which I was employed for the past 3 or so months and prior to that, ******. Not only has this cost myself my job, but has also made **** look bad, and that is what I am most ashamed of. I had installed the product into my vehicle planning on, paying for it at the end of the night, and when it came, myself and a DSM had a meeting about the DTL and that how it was quiet in my corner of store and why the DTL wasn’t 110% done. When we were done I had completely forgotten about the amplifier being in my vehicle and by the time I had realized what I had done, it was too late. I was already home, so the next morning I came in, 2 hours early for my shift, so that I could right the wrong I had done, without question.02br

00I cannot go back and do things again, if I could, they would be totally different, and not because I was questioned, there were many roads to which I could have gone down, which I had not. I didn’t do so not because I stole, but because I did not want to let down the people who were proud of me, the people who gave me all the support that I needed to have success in that store and company. 02br

00In The end of this situation, I understand that a punishment should and has to be dealt to myself, as I do deserve one. Am I a thief, of course not, would I ever even think to do such a thing? Never. I am not asking to get off free and clear from this situation. What I am asking is that I be given a second chance, a second chance so that I could show my worth and show how I am a young leader with strong goals and admirations for future shop. I do not want to be that guy that once upon a time worked for *******, I want to be that guy. There is nothing more important to me then working there, it was never a job, and that’s where many people get lost, going in everyday was fun and exciting and I never not felt like going into work. I believe that given a second chance, with the approval of yourself as well as with the support of Kevin and Lawrence I would be allowed back into the company and Continue to learn and grow with the *********** family.02br
