Huge amounts

You need to consume huge amounts of it to have any effect.

Is this correct?

Can I say in this sentence:

big amounts
many amounts
much amounts
a little amounts
a few amounts

The sentence looks fine. Only "large amounts" can be a substitute from your list. "small" and "tiny" can be used in front of "amounts".
