Hubble my brimstones

Hello,

have any of you ever heard heard of "Hubble my brimstone" and can help me to understand the meaning it? I don´t think, it´s meant literally .. Context: Someone found something, but doesn´t know, what it is .. and says: Hubble my brimstones ... Could that maybe mean something like: I´ll be jiggered??
