HOW'S YOUR FAMILY DOING?

Dear Teachers,

1. How's your family doing?
2. Is everybody in your family doing ok?

- Can I use these to ask about someone's family's health? and are these natural?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

Stevenukd.

The sentences are fine. (Some people might be comfortable with "ok", but I would always write it as "OK".)

They don't specifically ask about the family's health, but health is included in the general notion of "doing".

To specifically ask about health you would say something like "Is/are your family well?"
