How’s my writing

Please proofread:

One day the little duckling went out for a walk, and as she was walking through the grassland she fell through a hole and couldn’t get out. Scared and worried she started to quack as loud as she could, and within minutes the other animals heard her cry for help and came to her rescue.

The monkey tried with a tree branch to get her out, but it was too short and the duckling couldn’t reach it. The elephant held out his long nose trunk, but it was too oily and slippery, and the duckling couldn’t grasp a hold of it. Finally, the brown bear filled a bucket with water and poured it into the hole for the duckling to swim out. And that’s exactly what she did!
