How's it going?

Dear Teachers,

1) - How are you doing?

- How's it going?

- How are things with you?

- What's new?

- How's life?

- Are you doing ok / all right?

- Do these mean " How are you?" ? and are the answers below ok?

2) - I have nothing to complain about.

- I'm not very well

- I'm doing ok / alright.
