Hi,

In the sentence given below, can you please help me identifying the 'Subordinate clause(s)' and the 'Independent clause'?

However much United States voters may agree that there is waste in government and that the

government as a whole spends beyond its means, it is difficult to find broad support for a

movement toward a minimal state.

I have said what there is to say. In the grammar I am familiar with, that is a conjuntion the original sentence, not a relative pronoun.
