How you went through your exams?

One of my friends just finished his exams and I wanted to ask how he performed in the exams.

(1) How you went through your exams?
(2) How was your exams?
(3) How are you through with your exams?

Similarly, can I use the same sentence for an interview also? I mean those who just attended an interview and come back.
