In all this sentences do u interpret "get" as obtain or as

-make somebody get angry
-make the jar get open
-make the house get painted

Not unless you take the 'obtain' meaning of 'get' to include obtaining result

I most respectfully remind you that here in the United States the term "Native Americans" is a polite way to refer to the native or original inhabitants who lived here before the Europeans arrived in what we now call the United States.

I most respectfully suggest that you simply say "Americans." Thus, maybe the title of your thread could have been something like:
