How you ask this question?

This question sound odd
is it possible to use "can't wait to do something" in a question?
Who can't wait to have chilren and not be able to go to sleep? How crazy must you be to want children?

I know I can't wait to have children and not be able to go to sleep. Some people certainly wouldn't mind putting the whole baby thing off a few years but not me.

There's nothing wrong with that question. Another way to ask that would be Which one of you can't wait to have children and not be able to go to sleep?
