How write letter, if my salary is deducted by company.

Hi
I want to know how I can request to company that my salary is deducted due to access of leave.
I want to say company that we are working normally 10-12 hours daily, we work even sat-sun.
Which always greater than office normal hours i.e. 9 hours.

We are not getting any perks for extra work.

Why my salary is deducted. If work so hard.
my Dec month salary is deducted by company due to access of leave

I want to phrase my problem to the company, pls guide me.
