How would you say this Teacher

This is how I work. /This is how I do business.(or any better sentence if both are incorrect) If I win the case, you give me 20 percent whatever you get. If I lose the case in court, you don't pay me.

That's all the butter we have/there is left.

I like the way he does it more than you.
I like the way he does it more than the way you do it.
