How would you say this?

Could you put this in words -

Context - Tom went to a see a surgeon for surgery. The surgeon botched up his surgery and later surgeon was also charged in a corruption case. Now Tom considers every surgeon like him( the same surgeon he went to.)


This is said to TOM.

- You should not see everyone same as him.
