How would you say this?

If you would rather your child had the blanket than you and you said:
I rather be cold than her.
I rather be cold than have her be cold.

Which is correct?

Is this sentence grammatically correct?

I would rather my child had the blanket than I did.
I would rather my child had the blanket than me.
