How would you say these sentences?

Which of these is correct?

If you are listening to music and you ask:

What kind of music genre is this?
What kind of music is this?

For as long as I've known him, he has done that./he's been doing that.

It's not like we haven't given you food in ages.
It's not like it's been ages since we last gave you food.

If for some reason you can't hand over the car, please give use the value/price of the car cash.
