How would you punctuatue this sentence?

How would you punctuate the following sentece? I can' decide on the commas!

But when examined with a microscope, it becomes apparent that she is a selfish, praise-seeking egomaniac, out to fulfill only her self-righteous wishes and desires without taking into consideration the ramifications her actions will have on others.
