Sri's original answer is fine. However, you don't need "different." You could just ask "What are the requirements..."

The rest of the answer:

You need to make four times the amount of the rent and sign a long-term fixed contract. If this is the case, you don't need a guarantor.

It's not so much that the sentences are incorrect as that they are a little confusing. I've tried to rearrange the elements of the sentence but I think it needs to be recast with personal pronouns. For example:

What do you require of those who want to rent your apartment but don't hav

Hello Doctor D,

Thank you for taking a look at my thread, I had one other thread I needed help with as I'm struggling to correct them as they seem hard. If you have the time, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you Doctor D and have a good day

I'm sorry Doctor D for asking a to look at a thread that was already corrected, I posted the wrong thread, it was this one I meant to post if you have time

Have a nice weekend Doctor D

Ps Since you are from England, do you say HAVE GOT or HAVE GOTTEN?

Thank you

I'm an American, so no help there. The difference of "have got" and "have gotten" depends on what is being said.

I have got to go home soon. (future)

I have gotten home late too many times. (past)

Ok sorry, thank you

I had one question, could you help me correct this paragraph,

assuming the following was true of course:

You have to leave the meat in the oven to cook as long if it's frozen as if it has thawed./You have to leave the meat in the oven for the same amount of time if it's froze
