How would you properly express these 3 THOUGHTS?

Could you please help me properly write and express these 3 thoughts?

1 I want what I buy to be worth what I've paid and not half what I paid because someone will/would have take commission on it./I want what I buy to be worth as much as I've paid and not worth half as much as I've paid because someone will have taken commission on it.
2 From season 3 onwards, as the show progresses/the more the show progresses, the episodes follow on from each other, if you miss an episode you won't understand the next episode.
4 Every time the father recounts a fairytale to his daughter, the fairytale is reenacted the way the daughter wants to see it in real life. If the dad recounts "the 3 little pigs" the story is reenacted in real life the way she wants it. Meaning a killer maybe kills 3 brothers... (sci fi movie)

Thank you

Well, you have said these rather well yourself. You don't need to correct them for speech at all, really. But if you are interested in writing, I will just write what I prefer from your choices.

Could you use "to be worth as much as I've paid not half as much...."

for 2

can you not say "follow on from each other"?
