How would you interpret this?

"While plenitude storytelling of her four-year-old traversed multisonously through her hearing and into her already cluttered mind, she still couldn't grasped what particular decision, or if not, a strange action that would bring satisfaction (even to the slightest degree) of security and fulfillment."
