how would an english speaker say?

How would you phrase the sentence?

Our baby is in the norms weight wise but in the higher part bracket. The norm for weight at her age is between 10 and 16 kilos. She's in the norm but in the top part. She weighs 15 kilos.
The bottom norm is 10 kilos and the top norm is 16 kilos.
