How would an English Speaker say

How would an English Speaker say the 3 sentences?

His horrible grades are lower/bring down the class average.

Even with the door closed I can hear them as much/loud as if the door was open.

If you started doing it for me now, I'd take part of your lunch break.
If you started doing it for me now, It would take part of your lunch break.
