How we should say this?

If we see a picture with a car (1 car) and a house (1 house), and if we say, for example like this "A nice car by the beautiful house"

Is it grammatically correct? Or we should say like this, "A nice car by a beautiful house".

What if we write that sentence that i mentioned in my first post below that picture? I mean readers already can see it, so should i still use "a" if i haven't mentioned it previously, or in that case i can already use "the", because my readers can see it already and they should know that i am s

The same goes for that car. If readers can see that car already in that picture, and i'm just writing below that picture that sentence "A nice car by a/the beautiful house" (knowing that i'm already mentioned that car before) , should i still use "A" before "nice car", or maybe i should use "the" before it?
