How we know the kind of adjective?

We learned that the order of adjectives is : opinion, size, shape, age, color, origin, material, purpose.

My question is how to know which adjective is which? Could you help me with the following?

Traditional

International

Virtual

Smart

Occassional.

For example:

*Tradional old car or old Tradional car?

*international virtual school or virtual international school?

Neither. We have one adjective for that, "classic car."

By definition, classic cars are old models that are considered iconic.

"traditional car" is not a good collocation. "Traditional recipe" is.
