How to you start a letter to an organization if you don't know names?

I'm trying to write a letter to The Rotary Foundation, but I need to know how to start off t.ex. "Dear ___,". I didn't like the sound of Dear Sirs, because there are women that work for Rotary (obviously). Is there a general statement I can use?
