How to you say this 1 sentence in following situation?

Please help me with this sentence?

Situation:
You are watching a movie, and the girl dies in the scene because she didn't get the job done, you point at her corpse and you say:

1 Was that what she got if she didn't get the job done; a death sentence?
2 Was that what she had coiming to her if she didn't/hadn't gotten the job done; a death sentence?
