How to write (translate) names of the streets from Russian into English

The name of the street is '30 ??? ??????' -
It is directly translated as '30 years of the Victory' when writing or saying the adresses? Shall I translate the names of the streets or just write '30 let pobyedy' as 'The Bolshoi Theatre' (You don't say 'The Big Theatre')
