Top answer

Hi, "One day, I mistakenly (got out/jumped out) of a bus,(from/by/at) a wrong bus stop" "One day, I mistakenly ( got out/jumped out ) of a bus at the wrong bus stop" No comma is necessary. 'Got out / jumped out' are both OK. "Jumped out' means you were in a hurry.

I think "One day, I mistakenly got out of a bus, at a wrong bus stop".

Sam28 I think "One day, I mistakenly got out of a bus, at a wrong bus stop".
The second comma is not natural. I do not pause at that point in the sentence, unless there is something unusual going on.
THe first comma is optional.
