How to write this sentence?

I wanna say something like "Seeing a big smile on their faces makes me happier than anything"
But I want it in a question format, just to stress on this fact that nothing else would make me happier than that, and not actually a question.
I know it's confusing, I meant something like this:
"He's a boy, isn't he?"

Does anybody know what I mean?
How can I rephrase the sentence? Thank you
