How to write these?

Hi. Please help. There are two questions.Thank you in advance.

1. Let us say that on the top of a sheet there is instructional wording that tells what the students should do. Which should it be, instruction, instructions, or directions?

Instruction? Instructions? Directions?: Please use the words in the list to fill in the blanks.

2. Let us say there is someone who is against illegal immigration and the tax increase. I feel the prefix "anti" applies to both words for both cases, "illegal immigration" and "tax increase" and should have hyphens connecting both words for both cases as in numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8 (not sure, though).

1. He is anti-illegal immigration
2. He is anti-illegal-immigration
3. He is anti-tax increase.
4. He is anti-tax-increase.
5. He is an anti-illegal immigration conservative.
6. He is an anti-illegal-immigration conservative.
7. He is an anti-tax increase politician.
8. He is an anti-tax-increase politician.
