How to write these

Hi. Please tell me how to write correctly in these situations.

1. They are playing a learning game and these could be part of its instructions. Are there a need to put them in quotes?

Teacher will hand out a set of "Location" picture cards.

Teacher will hand out a "Function-card" to each student.

Some students will work in a "Lost Supplies Office."

2. Do we have to do anything special in term of writing at a later time a term that is used as part of a presentation title?

Presentation title: Learning Style: How to customize your lesson plan

John Doe will talk about Learning Style (Could I write it in small letters like learning style? Should I put them in quotes like "Learning Style"?)
