How to write the question
Hi,
Please tell me how to write this type of questions correctly. Does it more often than not have to be 'the year'?
1. Can you name a month of the year beginning with M?
Why not?
2. Can you name the month of a year beginning with M?
3. Can you name a month of a year beginning with M? -- I think this cannot be correct due to the existence of the restrictive clause? 'beginning with M' and that kind of forces 'name' to have 'the'.
