First, it would be good to know who we are talking to. Do you have name?

I marked up your sentence for various errors. You need to capitalize "I " and beginning of every sentence. If you want to improve and be able to write good English, stop using chat-style English.

I would like to offer you this advise. Please do not say "I want". In America, "I want" is not a good phrase to say, if you are asking for help. Instead, you can say something like "Can you help me?"

Or, "I would like some help with is problem". In other words, be polite.
