How to write Medical Leav Application
Hi, I want to know how I can write a leave application, for my eye treatment, My Doctor has suggested that I have to take ocular injection as a part of treatment of bilateral anterior uveitis. And it is not possible to give injection in both the eyes, so i need to go for two days... with one or two days of gap in between one injection...
