how to write letter of motivation

Good people please help me urgently with this issue. I want to apply for a post of office assistant so they asked me to submit the letter of motivation and i do not know where to stay because i do not know how to write that letter. I am really desparete cause the closing date is near. I do not even know how to start the first paragraph
