How to write journal

Hi All,

Is it fine if i write few lines in my journal like bellow, kindly correct my lines if require.

I would like to write a small experience i had it in my office. First time i have seen Mr. Raman, i heard about him, that he is a great speaker and motivator. I got a chance to meet him in my regular town hall meeting. There he gave presentation on "Development Plan" for employees. In his presentation he expressed about investment in self. He elaborated about how to set small goals and attain them. Finally he ended his session with meany practical examples and real time jokes.
