How to write Invitation letter from korea to uk

Hi, I live in UK and I hold Nepalese passport my husband is in South Korea he also have Nepalese passport but has working visa permit. I want to visit him in june for 10 days for that what document he needs to show and process to write invitation letter. Do he needs to show his company letter as well or only invitation letter will be enough?
