How to write Formal Letter?

I need 2 days leave (3rd and 4th April) as I am going to out of town. For two days my work will be handled by my collegue. Though if there will be any urgency, I will be available on watssup. I will return to work on 6th April and will do all pending work.

Kindly grand my leave for 2 days.
