As well I would like to know about the refund for Mr. ........ ticket . I asked Orbitz customer support and they said that the sum would be around $x , but when I got an email from Orbitz the sum was $y . And there was no notion of a refund for Mr. .......... . Waiting to hear from you soon.

I would say that your English in this letter is quite good. The only suggestion I have is that the word "inquiry" isn't the best word in this case. You could use a phrase like "a detailed report" or "a breakdown" in its place.
