Re: Request for purchase the small parcel of Council owned land



I would like to make a submission for a possibility to purchase the small parcel of land from Ddd City Council, which abuts the left side of my property.



The footpath is currently being built next to the line of my block at the XLink site. Because of its proximity to the boundary of my property I need to relocate the existing close-boarded fence further away from my dwelling to lessen the potential damage from unruly children / persons using this footpath.



I would be very happy to invite you to inspect my property and provide advice on this matter.
