HOW to write an apologize letter and ASK for a CREDIT EXTENSION?

HELLO, I HAVE TO MAKE CLEAR TO MY SELLER THAT I HAVE NOT PAID MY ACCOUNTS ON TIME BECAUSE MY CLIENT HAS ALSO A DELAY OF THE PAYMENT OF ME. ACTUALLY MY BILL IS IN THE DEBT(16 DAYS DUE) AND I WANT TO EXPLAIN TO MY SELLER THE SITUATION, AND ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR AN EXTENTION IN TIME (15 DAYS TO GATHER THE MONEY). MY SELLER JUST SENDS HIS FIRST MESSAGE OF THE DEPARTMENT COLLETION. SO HOW I WRITTE A LETTER TO CONVINCE IN ORDER THAT HE CANNOT CLOSE MY CREDIT LINE? OOH I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

What we would like for you to do is to draft your letter and post it. Then we can help you to improve it.

You seem to know what you want to say. Pretend you are talking to an account manager in person - what would you say to him? What would you ask him?
Then write it down -- it will be a good start on your letter.
