how to write a written explanation for a very grave mistake?

I have done a grave mistake in my work that will be resulting in me being jobless. I am new in the call center industry and I was being an idiot for not following guidelines.

please I really need help in making a written explanation for me to continue working and I am the bread winner of the family if I lost my job now I don't know what my parents will do.

Please I am so lost I really don't know what to do.
please help me as soon as possible I really need help now.
